Shipping Policy - FAQ
- *All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 4-6 business days from the receipt of payment verification.
- *We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
- *Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales.
- *You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
- *Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
- *We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Shipping address cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE:
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen PACKAGES.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?
It is out of our control how carriers handle fragile items in our absence. Should your package arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to report any damage. After 24 hours we have the right to reject any clams of damaged items.
1- Contact us with a clear picture of the damaged product
2- Provide your order number during the time of contact
3- Provide the arrival date of your package
It is important that you inspect your package within 24 hours after arrival as we have the right to reject damage claims.
***IMPORTANT***
In the even that you provided the incorrect address, please contact us ASAP with the correct mailing address. We will not be responsible for lost package cause by address error from customers end. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the package is retuned due to missing information. Please note orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed due to the volume of orders received.
