RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from Yolanda Style Boutique are eligible for store credit / exchange within 7 days after delivery. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
CONDITIONS:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

TOP / DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.
RETURNS:
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to us. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process once we receive it, once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at trulylena.customercare@gmail.com
- You must contact yolandastyleboutique@gmail.com within 24 hours after items are received.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Grooming products, pierced jewelry or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
